You can only register yourself online for this workshop.

After registration you will receive an automated response. Confirmation will be e-mailed as soon as possible.

 

  

REGISTRATION FEES
A lower cost option is available for participants registering online and paying before April 9th 2010. Payment may be made in Euros.

Website registration / online payment before April 9th 2010: € 350,-
Website registration / online payment from April 9th 2010: € 400,-

 

The registration fee includes:

  • Attendance at all workshop sessions
  • Lunch and coffee on the workshop days
  • Opening reception
  • Workshop materials
  • Informal dinner andparty
  • Transportation between the University Medical Center and
    Hotel Mercure Nijmegen Centre, Golden Tulip Val Monte, Hotel Belvoir, Fletcher Hotel Erica and the dinner/party

Payment may be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). Payment should be received by PAOG-Heyendael by May 15th 2010.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR REGISTRATION
A refund of registration fees will be made as follows:

  • Notification by e-mail by April 3rd 2010: full refund minus €50,- administration fee
  • Notification by e-mail by May 3rd 2010: 50% refund
  • After May 3rd 2010: no refund
