You are cordially invited to present your company during the the 12th EWCMST. Presentation of your products and/or services can be achieved through a stand in the foyer, where receptions, breaks and lunches will take place. For this stand, a fee of a €150,- per m² will be charged, with a minimum of 6m². Obviously, other means of presentation and/or promotion are also possible (see below). As a sponsor, you may attend the meeting with two persons free of charge.

• Stand: €1000,-. This is for 6m². For every additional m² (> 6m²) € 150,00 is charged.
• Advertisement in abstract book:€ 1000,-. 
  The prices are exclusive vat (20%).
  
  Also other options, such as sponsoring of catering, sponsoring of congress bags, insert of flyers in congress bags, special prints and/or artworks (posters) etcetera, are possible (to be negotiated).
